Meadow Grove Volunteer Questionnaire
Volunteer Information Form and Questionnaire The responsibility of a volunteer within your HOA provides you with the assurance that you are helping maintain the integrity and property values of your community. In addition to your personal time, it carries with it the responsibility of ensuring your Community’s recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and/or approved Architectural Standards, Guidelines, Rules, and Policies are followed. Directors and Committee Members are charged with the task of promulgating and abiding by the documents in order to maintain aesthetic standards within the community and to preserve values. Sub Association Board Members are elected each year at the Annual Meeting of Members OR appointed by vote of the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy as outlined in the Association’s governing documents. Committee Members are selected by the Board of Directors. To better enable Board members to know more about you in order to make an informed decision, we ask for your assistance in answering a few questions.
